The Bethlehem Lutheran Church will hold a special week-long Day Camp from Aug. 1 through Aug. 5  from 9:00 a.m to 12:30 p.m. for children entering kindergarten through 6th grade. All children from the community are welcome to attend, and learn about “God’s Boundless Love” for them. The theme is based on scripture found in Ephesians 3:14-21.

This fun-packed week begins on the evening of July 31 with a cook-out dinner for all participants, and continues on Aug. 1 to Aug. 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each morning. On Friday, Aug. 5 the Day Camp will conclude with a special presentation of songs and skits by the children, and breakfast burritos will be served. This final session on Friday will last from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Trained counselors from the Rainbow Trails Lutheran Camp in Colorado will lead this awesome week of fun, games, art, and music for children in the church and the community. The cost is $25/per child, and scholarships are available.

Contact Bethlehem Lutheran Church at (505) 662-5151 for more information and to obtain a registration form. The church is located at 2390 North Road, Los Alamos (by Mountain Elementary School), and is open Tuesday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

All are welcome, so please spread the word among your friends, neighbors, and relatives. Come and learn about God’s love!
