MOORESVILLE, N.C. — A developer that has been active with downtown projects in the region appears to be teeing up another in Mooresville.

On July 5, the Mooresville Board of Commissioners will consider a downtown development project agreement for Lansing Melbourne Group to lead the remake of a town-owned site.

Town documents show the redevelopment project calls for 150 apartments, 3,000 square feet of retail space and a 400-space parking deck at a 1.8-acre site between Moore and Center avenues and Church Street.
