Another Season Finished At The Salem Little League Complex On Friday Night

In Softball Minors, Modern Woodman beat T&K Title for the City Series championship 8-1.

In girls Majors, Landers knocked off Dairy Queen in the 3rd and decisive game of their best of 3 City Series winning 10-1.  Chelsey Haines had 2 hits and a run, Samara Simmons 2 hits and drove in a run along with Alana Howe with Kinslie Parrish adding 2 hits, 2 runs and 2 RBI.  In the loss, DQ’s Jorja English and Ziva Owens had 2 hits each.  Alaigha Hughes, Gabby Goosetree, Grayce Rose all singled.  Kenzie Collier doubled driving in a run.

In girls coach pitch, All State beat Somer Real Estate 10-7.  Alexis Henseler had 4 hits and drove in a pair of runs.  All State pulled away with 4 runs in the 3rd on a double from Julianna Rushing and RBI from Graci Green and Adalyn Reynolds.

In boys coach pitch, Gold Link and Diamond Center finished a perfect season with a 6-1 win over Route 50 in the title game.  Jaxon Rector had 2 hits and run along with Braxton Harris and Easton Keller.  Carson Hanson had 2 hits and 2 runs, Jace Loyd had a hit and run with Elijah Miller adding a hit.
