Ashley Bice, age 30 of Steele – Probation Violation;

Kenneth Ferguson, age 50 of Centre – Court Order;

Justin Mobley, age 40 of Centre – Bond Revocation;

Robert McMurtrey, age 50 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Teresa McMurtrey, age 51 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

and

Ceara Leonard, age 18 of Cedar Bluff – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 88 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
