Jasper’s kitchens include solid wood, Shaker style cabinetry with 42” high uppers.  Quartz countertops with 4-inch backsplashes and single-basin stainless steel or Luxart undermount sinks are standard as is luxury vinyl tile flooring in the main living areas.  Stainless steel Whirlpool appliances - including quiet-source dishwashers - Moen fittings and superior 3/4 horsepower disposals complete the kitchens.  All shower areas are finished with porcelain tiles.  Safety tempered glass shower enclosure per plan are standard as well as white Shaker style vanity cabinetry with full width mirrors and quartz countertops.
