America turns 246 years old July 4, +local schedules and firework regulations

The United States of America turns 246-years-old July 4, 2022. The Nation began as an imperfect Union and was given little chance of survival by the national powers that existed at the time. America has struggled through its history to form a more perfect union and has enjoyed great success at times, while battling through many difficult valleys. Through it all, our people have held firm to the Constitution and have expanded it through time. More work lies ahead, but the system is there to succeed if we have the will to do so.

Happy Birthday America and God Bless!

In celebration of July 4th, the Warren Municipal Building will be closed, Monday, July 4, and there will be no garbage collection. All other days of the week will function as normal.

The City of Warren Emergency Services Center (police, fire and emergency services) will be open and fully staffed.

The Bradley County Courthouse and Landfill will be closed, but regular garbage will be collected.

According to local law, fireworks may be utilized safely in the city limits until 10:00 p.m. nightly. The Fourth of July allows for fireworks to be used until 12:00 a.m. July 5. All use of fireworks must be carried out safely on the users personal property and cannot be used in a way to potentially damage another person’s property or public property. If you have any questions, contact the Warren Police Department by calling 870-226-3703.

Have a fun and safe July 4, and remember what it is all about.
