When they arrived, they found 55-year-old Mario Bertoni of Italy with several items used to steal bank information and accounts.

Bertoni was booked into the Fresno County Jail but according to the Parlier Police Department, he was cited and released due to Federal Overcrowding.

This is an early release program used to help reduce the overcrowded prison population.
