10 people displaced by Harrisburg row home fire: officials

Four Harrisburg row homes were involved in a fire on Friday evening, according to city spokesman Matt Maisel.

The fire broke out in the 1200 block of Kittatinny Street around 7:30 p.m., according to dispatch reports.

Maisel said 10 people were displaced from the homes, but no injuries were reported.

American Red Cross for Greater Pennsylvania is assisting displaced families.

Maisel said Harrisburg Mayor Wanda Williams was at the scene Friday night.

Crews remained at the scene for overhaul of the homes late Friday night. There was no reported cause immediately available.
