Returning to more seasonable norms next week

DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — There’s still a 10-20% chance for a couple more showers this evening, but most of us will stay dry. Temperatures will slowly drop to the middle 70s tonight.

Saturday and Sunday will both have a 50% chance for scattered storms. Temperatures will be around 90 degrees during the afternoon hours. Rain chances will taper off the deeper we go into the evening hours both days.

Monday has a 60% chance for showers and storms. Temperatures will peak in the low 90s before the rain becomes more widespread.

Tuesday has a 50/50 shot at showers and storms. Just like most of the other days, the highest chance for rain is during the afternoon and early evening hours. Temperatures should peak in the low 90s before the rain begins.

Wednesday and Thursday have a 40% and 30% chance for rain respectively. Temperatures will be in the low to middle 90s.

Friday will also be in the middle 90s with a 30% chance for rain.
