1 person rescued after fire at Upper Marlboro townhouse

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (7News) —
Prince George's County Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a house fire in Upper Marlboro, Friday afternoon, according to a Twitter post.

PGFD units were dispatched around 4:16 p.m. to the 14400 block of Governor's Grove Road.
Once on the scene, crews found a three-story, middle-of-the-row townhouse with a fire on the second floor.
An occupant from the home was successfully removed and is currently being evaluated by EMS.

Fire officials said the fire has been put out.
