Sources: Thaddeus Young, Toronto Raptors agree to 2-year deal

Thaddeus Young and the Toronto Raptors have agreed to a two-year deal, sources confirmed to ESPN.

After spending the majority of last season playing inconsistent minutes on a young San Antonio Spurs team, Young was traded in a deadline deal to Toronto.

Young, 34, saw his playing time increase on the Raptors and he averaged 6.3 points and 4.4 rebounds in 18.3 minutes per game.

He was one of the best bench players in the NBA for the Chicago Bulls two seasons ago, averaging 12.1 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.2 assists in 2020-21.

Yahoo Sports first reported Young's deal.
