Retired Warren district judge involved in multiple-vehicle accident

ALLEN COUNTY, Ky. – Retired Warren District Judge Sam Potter was involved in a car accident last Saturday that resulted in multiple hospitalizations, according to Allen County Sheriff’s Office.

On June 25, Allen County Sheriff’s Office responded to a three-vehicle accident with injuries at 4225 Barren River Dam Road, according to authorities. Officials stated the accident involved a 2007 Toyota Tundra driven by Sam Potter, a 2002 Nissan Frontier driven by Matias Pacheco and a 2006 Scion XB driven by Codi Shocklee.

Two parties from the collision were flown to area hospitals, according to authorities.

Authorities stated the cause of the wreck is still under investigation by the Allen County Sheriff’s Office. The condition of the victims is unknown at this time.
