Missing Watsonville teen found, returned home

Update: The missing teen has been found and back home. The Watsonville Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a missing teenage boy. Carlos Fuentes, 16, was last seen at his home on Sudden Street at about 2 a.m. on Friday, police said. Police said Fuentes could be riding a black beach cruiser.
