$5,000 Reward offered for information on Omaha gun store burglary

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of those responsible for the burglary of several firearms from an Omaha gun store.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Omaha Police Department are offering the award and will be investigating the case together.

Early Thursday morning, five people driving what appears to be a light-colored Ford F-150 broke into Frontier Justice and stole numerous firearms.

Frontier Justice is a federally licensed firearms dealer at 2823 South 82nd Avenue, in the area of the College of St. Mary.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call ATF at 1-800-283-4867.  The bureau can also be contacted by email at ATFTips@atf.gov, through their website or by text ATFKC to 63975.

Those who submit tips can remain anonymous, authorities say.
