Arkansas Martin Luther King Jr. Commission hosts Unity in the Community Festival in Monticello
MONTICELLO, Ark. – The Arkansas Martin Luther King Jr. Commission hosted an event in Monticello ahead of the July 4th holiday weekend.
The Unity in the Community event started at noon at the McCloy Park, located at 178 Henley Drive. Planners said the event was focused on economic empowerment and community service.
The event included food, live entertainment and multiple vendors. FOX 16 News anchor Donna Terrell also made a special presentation at the event.
