JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio —
Authorities on Friday identified a body found in the area of Fernwood State Forest in Jefferson County.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said the body of Robert Barnes, 48, of Wintersville, was found late Thursday on County Road 46.

No cause of death has been released and the OSHP said the investigation continues.
