It’s officially summer and we couldn’t be more excited about it! If you’re looking for places to visit this summer, make sure you put Alchemy Wine & Beer on your list.

If you’re a local, you already know about Alchemy’s extensive wine and beer selection. But that’s not all this local destination in the village of Hamburg has to offer you this summer.

Here’s 5 reasons why you’ll want to visit them again and again:

1. For Summer Sunday Brunch

Sorry breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If we had to pick our favorite meal, it would be brunch. Brunch is the ultimate excuse to indulge in something sweet, something savory, or both. Plus, there’s booze. What more could you really ask for?

Alchemy has a Summer Sunday Brunch every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and it includes bottomless mimosas and bellinis. On the food menu, you’ll find Chef Yurrr’s fried chicken sandwich and The Bagel Jar bagels and breakfast sandwiches!

2. For Summer Tapas

The beauty of tapas is you can try multiple menu items in one visit without spending a lot. Alchemy’s summer tapas menu features a variety of items that are full of fresh summer flavors.

  • Hummus with Pickled Vegetables
  • Burrata with Salsa Macha
  • Crispy Salt & Vinegar Potatoes
  • Red Prawns & Tarragon Aioli
  • Olive Oil Poached Tuna Tonnato
  • Beef Tartare with Cured Egg Yolk
  • Lemon & Lavender Madeleines

3. For Frose

The best way to stay cool this summer is to have a drink in your hand. Specifically, a frozen one. You don’t have to tell us twice. Alchemy has frozen rose slushies! Need we say more?

4. For Rose-a-ritas & Mimos-a-ritas

If you really love rose, you’ll really love the Rose-a-rita. It’s frose with a mini bottle of rose added to the top. It’s technically called a bulldog, but rose-a-ritas is much more fun to say! Think of it as the rose version of coronaritas (margaritas and Coronas). For mimosa lovers, you’re in luck too! The Mimos -a-rita is a is mimosa wine slushie with a mini prosecco bottle on top.

5. For Patio Vibes

During summer, a patio is the place we always want to be. Alchemy happens to have one of the biggest patios in the village of Hamburg complete with a gas fire pit. If you’re looking for your new favorite spot to unwind on the weekend this summer, this is it!

Sometimes pictures say it all and when you scroll through Alchemy’s Instagram feed, you’ll see what we mean. You can also preview their menu on their website.
