- Otabek Yuldashev of Aurora, Colorado, was traveling eastbound on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 111 mile marker when his vehicle struck a guardrail in a construction zone, disabling his semi-tractor trailer and blocking the eastbound lanes of the interstate. No injuries were reported. Damage to Yuldashev’s vehicle semi was estimated at $20,000, and damage to the guardrail was estimated at $3,000. Yuldashev was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
