ROSCOMMON COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- Multiple people were taken to area hospitals for injuries sustained after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday evening, according to Michigan State Police.
The crash occurred at an interaction the North Old 27 Highway and North Harrison Road near County Road 104 in Lyon Township.
A 2011 GMC Sierra travelling north bound on Old-27/North Harrison Road collided with a 2020 Ford Edge, after the Ford did not stop at the intersection, police said. The Ford was pulling a trailer with a jet ski.
The driver of the Ford Edge, a 55-year-old from Perkinston, Mississippi, was airlifted to Munson Medical center in Traverse City with life-threatening injuries.
The passengers in the Ford Edge, a 22-year-old woman and a 16-year-old woman, both from Perkinston, were transported to Munson Grayling Hospital.
The driver of the GMC Sierra, a 55-year-old Roscommon man, was transported to Munson Grayling Hospital.
