10:55am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a two-vehicle accident in the 1400 block of North Elm Street.

11:35am: A deputy assisted the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with unlocking a car with a child in the car in the 100 block of 2nd Street, Beaver.

6:23pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near U Avenue.

7:02pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 400 block of Harding Street, Churdan. Butch Thede 73 of Churdan was arrested for disorderly conduct. Butch was also arrested for an arrest warrant for harassment 3rd degree.

9:40pm: Devin Villalobos 20 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

9:45pm: Butch Thede 73 of Churdan was booked into the jail for harassment 3rd degree and disorderly conduct.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
