Dr. Brian Huschle has been named Vice President for Academic Affairs at Mayville State University. Currently serving as Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs at Northland Community and Technical College in East Grand Forks and Thief River Falls, Minn., he will officially begin his duties at Mayville State on August 2.
Huschle earned a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts degree, both degrees in the area of philosophy, from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Prior to this, he graduated with distinction from the University of Minnesota, Morris with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and philosophy.

His expertise in seeking and developing partnerships with external entities will be important as we work to advance the university objective to serve our community, region, and state.”
