FAYSTON — A 57-year-old man from Jericho was arrested for his fourth DUI following a crash in Fayston yesterday.

Authorities were notified of a single-vehicle crash into a ditch on Center Fayston Road at around 4:30 p.m.

Troopers, with the assistance of a warden with Vermont Fish and Wildlife, located the driver who had left the scene of the crash on foot.

An investigation led to the arrest of Brian Ploof for suspicion of DUI.
