ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Angel Baldonado will stay locked up while he awaits trial for murder, for now. The 16-year-old is accused of shooting and killing 16-year-old Josue Ruiz in a downtown alley after the two agreed to meet there and fight.
A Children’s Court judge ruled to keep him behind bars. That could change at a future hearing.
