City Of Bethany Adds Stricter Water Rationing Rules

The City of Bethany will continue to ration water this week, but it is adding stricter rules.

Officials are doing so because residents were not responsive to orders issued last week.

All residents must hand water outdoor gardens and flower beds.

Car washes can only run if they have water recycling systems.
