An El Reno man killed during World War II will be laid to rest decades after his death.Navy Fire Controlman Third Class Robert T. Stout died in 1941 while on the USS Oklahoma, which sunk during the attack on Pearl Harbor.Stout's remains were accounted for in 2020. His family was just notified of the discovery.Authorities said Stout will be buried in Cottonwood, California.
