Justin Houser has had an eventful summer.
After announcing his decision to transfer from Cedar Cliff to The Phelps School late last month, the 6-foot-11 rising junior announced on Twitter Thursday that he has received his first offer from Mount St. Mary’s.

“I’m very excited,” Houser told PennLive. “I feel like it’s a reward for all the hard work that i’ve been putting in.”
Houser is the younger brother of former Cedar Cliff standout and VMI freshman Tyler Houser.
