Tucson Police arrest suspects in Christopher Hart murder

Officers have made three arrests in the murder of 37-year-old Christopher Hart from June 22.

The investigation led detectives to three suspects: 39-year-old Miguel Francisco Rodriguez, 47-year-old Aaron Fernando Montiel, and 27-year-old Miguel Cipriano LaraCabazos.

Detectives obtained arrest warrants for all three suspects for first-degree murder and kidnapping.

All three suspects were arrested on Aug. 13 and booked into the Pima County Jail.

The suspects are being held on a $1,000,000 bond each.

The investigation is still ongoing.

The Tucson Police Department released images of two vehicles believed to be involved in the murder of Christopher Hart.

The vehicles are described as a black, early 2000s BMW sedan and a 2005-2008 Kia Optima sedan.

The Tucson Police Department is asking the public for help in tracking down the people responsible for killing Christopher Hart, 37.

As a result, they are offering up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest of his killers.

Officers first told KGUN 9 about this homicide on Friday. They said he was found beaten to death around 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 22.

Police say they're under the impression multiple people were involved in the beating.

Anyone with information about this homicide is asked to call 88-CRIME or (520) 882-7463.

Callers will remain anonymous.

Tipsters may also download the P3TIPS app available for Androids and iPhones.

The department clarified only 88-CRIME tips are eligible for the reward.
