A man has been indicted on 27 counts of rape after a prosecutor says he confessed to his crimes while in jail on unrelated charges.Clermont County Prosecutor Mark J. Tekulve said a grand jury indicted Dean Price, 44, on a total of 27 counts of rape. Tekulve said while Price was in Clermont County jail on unrelated crimes, he reached out to Clermont County Sheriff’s Office Detectives to confess other crimes.Tekulve said Price confessed to raping a girl under 10 years old at the time.After investigating and talking with the victim, police allege Price had repeatedly raped the victim from June of 2006 until February of 2007 in Clermont“My office is committed to ensuring that justice is served and Price takes his last breath in prison," Tekulve said.If convicted on all counts, Price faces life in prison.
