ROCK RAPIDS—A 53-year-old Le Mars man was arrested about 10 p.m. Monday, June 27, in Rock Rapids on a charge of public intoxication.
The arrest of Keith Richard Alesch stemmed from a report at Westside Park, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
Alesch was located and “was clearly intoxicated,” according to the incident report, and had the odor of an alcoholic beverage.
He admitted to drinking too much that evening.
Alesch pleaded guilty June 28 in Lyon County District Court in Rock Rapids and was ordered to pay a $105 fine, a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court-related costs.
