Police: Teen wounded in leg in Newburgh’s 4th shooting in less than a week

Police say they found a 16-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to his leg in the area of North Miller Street around 11 p.m.

A teenager is recovering after getting shot in Newburgh on Monday.

Police say they found a 16-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to his leg in the area of North Miller Street around 11 p.m.
He was taken to Saint Luke's Hospital for further treatment.

This is at least the fourth shooting in Newburgh in less than a week.
