Maryland State Police investigate crash in Havre de Grace area

One person is dead and another person was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore after a four-car crash on Interstate 95 in Harford County, according to Maryland State Police.State police said troopers were called just before 6:10 p.m. Wednesday to the northbound lanes of I-95 near the Level Road exit.Police said a preliminary investigation indicates a Toyota Camry struck a Maryland Transportation Authority vehicle that was stopped in the left shoulder of the highway.Police said the Toyota then went into the center lane, hitting a Lexus RX350. The Toyota was then struck by a tractor-trailer.A passenger of the Toyota, identified as Ehsan Ulhaq, 52, died at the scene, police said.The driver of the Toyota was flown to Shock Trauma. Two other passengers in the Toyota, along with the driver and a passenger of the MDTA vehicle, were taken to hospitals with injuries.I-95 was closed for about five hours after the crash. An investigation continues.
