Rowdy Tellez pounded a pair of home runs in Wednesday’s 5-3 Brewers win over Tampa Bay but all anybody was talking about was “the catch.”
Rookie center fielder Jonathan Davis turned his back to the infield and caught a long fly ball over his shoulder in the second inning.
That robbed Randy Arozarena of an extra-base hit.
The Brewers shook off some mediocre pitching to complete the road sweep.
Luis Urias and Jace Peterson also homered as the Brewers ran their winning streak to four in a row.
