Disturbance - At 12:14 am, the reporting party advised he heard a single gunshot in the area of Osage and Palm.

Field Interview - Officer #47 went prisoner in custody with David Soutter, 07/1983, for Kay County warrants for domestic abuse in presence of a minor, and DUI. Subject’s bike was taken to the residence.

Reckless Driver - At 5:12 am, a black Mustang almost hit the reporting party at Central and Osage. Advised they had to move out of the roadway quickly to avoid getting hit. Vehicle was last seen westbound on Grand. Officer #48 checked the area for the vehicle and was unable to locate it. Officer #50 made contact with the reporting party.

Vandalism - The reporting party requested an officer in reference to vehicle vandalism. Someone had put sugar in the reporting party’s gas tank and it will not start. Information was taken for a report.

Assist Call - Code Enforcement requested an officer in reference to a subject living at 429 S. Elm with no utilities. Officer #29 went prisoner in custody with Steven Ecret, 12/1962, for Pawnee County warrants for assault and battery on a police officer, $8300 cash only.

Hit and Run Accident - An employee at OnCue requested an officer in reference to a hit and run to a gas pump that occurred sometime the previous night.

Reckless Driver - At 10:58 am, the reporting party requested an officer check the area of 421 E. Hartford for a black Honda Pilot driving recklessly. He advised she did not use a turn signal. Last seen pulling into Casey’s.

Stolen Vehicle - The reporting party requested an officer in reference to a stolen black Ford Fiesta, occurred sometime yesterday. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Theft/Shoplifting - The reporting party requested an officer in reference to the softball fields at 1401 W. Grand being vandalized and items possibly being stolen.

Theft/Shoplifting - The reporting party requested an officer in reference to his firearm that was stolen from his residence at 601 E. Comanche, sometime the on June 27.

Traffic Stop - A traffic stop occurred in the 700 block of N. 5th at 4:04 pm. Officer #29 went prisoner in custody with Brittany Klinger, 05/1986, for Kay County warrants. Was transported to Kay County.

Assault - At 6:30 pm, the reporting party advised her brother punched her fiancé in the face at 3501 N. Union. Brother was not on scene. Declined medical. The reporting party declined to press charges.

Accident - At 6:36 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred in the roadway at 14th and Prospect, no injuries. Vehicles moved to the Check into Cash parking lot.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 6:54 pm, the manager requested an officer in reference to a White male teenager wearing black jean and a white t-shirt that stole a 30-pack of alcohol from 211 W. Hartford. Subject left in a gold Dodge Caravan with the tag 428MO3.

Traffic Stop - At 8:54 pm, a traffic stop occurred at 104 E. Broadway. Officer #50 went prisoner in custody with a 15-year old juvenile male for petit larceny.

Disturbance - At 10:02 pm, the reporting party at 1600 Shirlee advised of a neighbor that has been making threats and was now throwing rocks at the reporting party’s house. Gave both parties options.
