Shannon Moss from the Maine Department of Public Safety says the woman has been located.

"Heather Gendreau has been safely located. Thank you for your assistance in this matter."


 

Authorities in Old Town are asking folks to keep an eye out for a woman who's gone missing and has a history of memory issues.

Old Town PD has issued a Silver Alert for 39-year-old Heather Gendreau. They say Gendreau was last seen at around 2 PM Thursday, June 29th, leaving the area with an unknown white man.

They say Gendreau is known to have a history of memory issues.

"She is described as a white female, 5’5”, 145 lbs., with brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray tank top and dark-colored pants. "

Police say the man she disappeared with is around 5’11”, 230 lbs. He also has a very distinct tattoo on his right arm of a fire with a skull and a pterodactyl and also has a tattoo on his chest. The man was also carrying a backpack.

If you have seen either Gendreau or the gentleman described above, the police would like to ask you some questions.
