BRONSON — On June 18, AMVETS Post 88 held a fundraiser to support the children who were injured in the Levy County school bus and tractor trailer crash on March 30.
While the event took place close to two weeks ago, the organization recently announced the amount of money raised that day. According to an email from Anna Elkins, who is the AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary 88 President, $5,800 was raised during the fundraiser.

Levy County, minor flooding affects areas along the Manatee Spring
run in the state park.
