Steven A. Saslow, a Montgomery County native, is selling his home near the Pocono Mountains with a heated indoor Olympic-length pool for $3.5 million, writes Lisa Dukart for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Saslow built the nearly 14,000-square-foot home in 1991. The CEO of Mail Tribune/Rosebud Media attended a summer camp in the region when he was a kid and once his business took off, he “decided to build my own camp, if you will,” he said.

He designed the home as his personal retreat and over the years, he turned it more into a homebase where he also worked. Now, he is ready to downsize.

The property is outfitted with many resort-like amenities that are usable year-round.

The highlight of the six-bedroom home is the pool enclosed on three sides by sliding glass doors with a retractable roof. There is also a spa, a fireplace, and a wet bar in this space.

Other indoor amenities include a home theater with a retractable screen so that the space can be used as a living room.

“I really want somebody to enjoy it in the way that we have for years,” said Saslow.
