GEDDES, NY —

Pop band Culture Club alongside its lead singer Boy George are returning to the Great New York State Fair on Tuesday, August 30. The group will be performing at the Chevy Park State at 8 p.m., organizers announced.

Culture Club’s music spans more than 40 years and the group is best known for its hits “Karma Chameleon” and “Do You Really Want to Hurt Me.” Culture Club rose to fame in the early 1980s with a string of top ten hits that charted in the United States and the United Kingdom, according to a fair spokesperson. The trio’s most recent New York State Fair performance was in 2016 at Chevy Court.
