Naples Gallery Grand opening: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., 495433 Highway 95 directly east of 95, Naples. The gallery closed its doors in 2009 and after a 13 year hiatus will be re-opening in response to requests from local artists and interested art collectors, as ‘The’ place to showcase the abundance of talent right here in Boundary County.

The Boundary County Court House closed due to Federal Holiday.

Eastport 19th Annual Fourth of July Parade, Eastport at 1 p.m. All United States and Canadian residents are encouraged to participate or be a spectator. Parade line-up starts at Frontier Trading at noon. Potluck to follow at Hall Mountain Fire Department No. 3 behind Good Grief at 1:30 p.m. Will include hamburgers, hot dogs, coffee and water. Bring a side dish or dessert that feeds six to eight people to share. Fireworks will be at Feist Creek.

Bonners Ferry Fourth of July Parade: 3-4 p.m. downtown Bonners Ferry. Come one come all for the parade. Following parade, meet at the Boundary County Fairgrounds, 6567 Recreation Park Road, Bonners Ferry. There will be the BFHS Cheer Team, Bonners Ferry Orchestra, Nancy Genys Dance Team, Warriors Rest/Military presentation. Firework show at 10:10 p.m.
