Bradley Central’s Rhyne Howard selected for WNBA All-Star game in rookie season

ATLANTA (WDEF) — Former Bradley Central Bearette Rhyne Howard is grabbing headlines again. This year’s first round draft pick is now a WNBA All-Star in her rookie year.

Howard is the first rookie to be named on the All-Star team since 2018. She will be a reserve player for July 10th’s game in Chicago.

Since being drafted by the Atlanta Dream, Howard has averaged over 15 points a game, shooting 37 percent from the floor. The Dream are currently 8-and-11, fifth in the eastern conference.
