An alderman in Kountze says he's pursuing legal action against the city council he sits on and against the city he represents.

Jack Darden says his colleagues are unfairly targeting him.

The alderman had a lot to celebrate when voters elected him to the city council in May.

However, that excitement was short-lived when that same council voted to demolish a storage building he owned.

The vote happen while Darden was out-of-town.

And, now, he's seeking justice.
