Just after 5:00 am Sunday, Ogle County Deputies, along with Polo Fire and EMS, responded to a single vehicle rollover on West Pines Road near the intersection with Lowell Park Road.
After investigation, 26-year-old Allison T Martinez of Milledgeville was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Martinez was also cited for improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Martinez was transported to KSB Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Martinez was released on an Individual Bond and given a future court date.
