POLICE SAY CHRISTINA DAVIS TURNED HERSELF AND AS A RESULT OF THE INCIDENT. SHE’S BEEN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON INFLICTING SERIOUS INJURY. DAVIS IS ACCUSED OF SHOOTING A MAN IN THE LEG AFTER AN ARGUMENT BETWEEN HER THE VICTIM, AND , ANOTHER WOMAN. INVESTIGATORS SAY DAVIS IS THE EX-GIRLFRIEND OF THE VICTIM. One woman is in jail without bond Wednesday after a shooting last week. According to the Winston-Salem Police Department, Christina Justyce Davis, 22, turned herself in to Winston-Salem police for shooting her ex-boyfriend. On the night of June 24, WSPD officers were called to the Burger King in the 2100 block of Peters Creek Parkway for a reported shooting. During the argument, police said Davis pulled out the gun and shot the victim in the leg before driving away from the scene.
