Colorado Springs man gored by bison in Yellowstone

A Colorado Springs man was gored by a bison in Yellowstone National Park. Park officials said the bull charged at the man and his family on the boardwalk Monday near the Giant Geyser at Old Faithful. The 34-year-old man suffered an arm injury but is expected to survive. The incident marked the second goring at the park in as many months. In the last goring incident on May 30, an Ohio woman was tossed 10 feet into the air; she suffered a puncture wound but did survive. Visitors are urged to stay at least 25 feet away from all wildlife.
