A Tarrant County judge said he made a glock, into a machine gun.

25 year old Keidric Brown was found guilty by a Tarrant County judge Wednesday of possessing a machine gun. He faces 10 years in prison.

In January, Brown was pulled over in Arlington. The officer thought she smelled marijuana when Brown rolled the window down and searched the vehicle. She found a 9mm glock handgun under the driver's seat with a 31-round high-capacity, extended magazine and a red plastic switch.

The gun was ultimately examined by ATF, which found it was a machine gun that fired in a fully-automatic fashion. Glock Switches, also known as machine gun conversion devices, are classified as machine guns under federal law. They are illegal in this state to those who are not licensed.
