The funds are allocated for service delivery responsibilities.
The meeting gave an opportunity for both administrations to negotiate the current distribution of the funds.
The city presented a change from 60 - 40 percent split to a 70 - 30 percent split with the city receiving the increased percentage.
With much deliberation and disagreement a decision was not yet made and will instead be negotiated among a smaller group.
