An overturned tractor trailer is causing delays in West Palm Beach.

The incident has closed down right lanes of the off ramp to 45th Street at I-95.

45th Street's East Bound lanes are closed at the exit, with only West Bound lanes having access to I-95's North and South Bound ramps.

Residents are advised to use Blue Heron Boulevard to go east to Congress Avenue.

Florida Highway Patrol and West Palm Beach Police are on scene.
