POWNAL — A 44-year-old man from Manchester was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Pownal yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop on Searles Crossing Road after observing several moving violations at around 10:05 p.m.
The driver, identified as Colin Hill, allegedly displayed signs of impairment during the stop and was screened for DUI.
Hill was arrested at the conclusion of screening and was transported to the Shaftsbury State Police barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in court on July 18.
