Johnson will talk and present slides about his family, from their roots in Norway and France, through medical trials, including tuberculosis, to their eventual destination in Denver, Colorado.

Thor Johnson and his wife, Leslie, moved to Brush in 2018, where they have become active in the community.

The monthly Brush Museum Sack Lunch Program is free, and snacks and drinks will be provided.

“Please come and join us for the occasion,” Sack Lunch organizer Wayne Carlson said.
