Update 7/1/22: Around 4 PM on Thursday, June 30, 2022, Maurice Smith turned himself in at the Bloomsburg Police Station without incident.

Smith was taken into custody and arraigned before being transported to the Columbia County Prison for lack of $250,000 straight cash bail.

The Bloomsburg Police Department has issued a felony warrant for a man wanted on multiple charges.

Officials say 21-year-old Maurice Neil Smith was last seen on Tuesday around 5:31 AM.

Smith has been charged with robbery (serious injury), burglary, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and related offenses.

Police say Smith should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him should not approach and immediately call 911.
