Towne Hill Road in Montpelier is now open to through traffic following a tractor-trailer rollover crash earlier this morning.The Montpelier Police Department announced that the road had reopened at 1:16 p.m. on Wednesday.Police had closed off the area near Bliss Road due to a crash that caused diesel fuel and liquid fertilizer to spill onto the roadway.No injuries have been reported.
